Bagel SNS in NTE 1.1 — Post Your Island Life and Earn Praise Jam
Hethereau city life — Bagel SNS is where your best in-game moments become posts other Appraisers can bookmark.

If you have been scrolling Bagel since launch week, you already know the vibe — NPC hunters, city gossip, and the occasional surreal anomaly screenshot mixed into your feed.

Version 1.1 changes the contract. Bagel is no longer something you only read. It is a creator platform inside Hethereau, and the What’s Baking event (June 3–July 8) rewards you for treating it that way — without turning your evenings into an engagement grind.

This is our dedicated look at Bagel only. For Sunward Island routes or Lacrimosa banner math, see our Sunward Island cozy guide instead.

What Bagel SNS actually is now

Before 1.1, Bagel functioned like ambient world-building — flavor text from hunters and locals. After the Dreamwalk Corridor update, Appraisers can:

  • Publish posts built from in-game album photos and video clips
  • Like, follow, and bookmark other players’ moments
  • Track views, likes, and bookmarks in the Creator Hub (stats refresh daily at server midnight)

Official patch notes also clarify what Bagel is not: fan art and external uploads belong on Taygedo community channels for now. Bagel stays inside the game’s own screenshot economy — which keeps the feed visually consistent and avoids moderation surprises.

Praise Jam and the Bagel Shop

Engagement converts into Praise Jam through the Creator Incentive Program. Spend it at the Bagel Shop on practical rewards — official event copy lists items such as Annuliths, Fabricated Dice, and Fons, depending on the current rotation.

You do not need viral posts to participate. A steady trickle of honest city photos often beats one over-edited montage followed by silence.

What’s Baking — the 1.1 creator event

What’s Baking runs the full June 3–July 8 window alongside other 1.1 events. Think of it as Hotta Studio nudging you to become a Bagel creator for the summer patch cycle.

A cozy weekly rhythm that worked for our team:

DayBagel habit
WeekdayOne screenshot after dailies or a commission — plaza, apartment, or Sunward sunset
WeekendShort clip if you hit Underground Circuit or Fight Club — motion reads well in feed
Any dayCheck Creator Hub once, claim Praise Jam, ignore rank anxiety

Side systems that pair well with Bagel

Bagel posts shine when you already have something worth framing:

  • Chiz’s new life-skill highlights — Pink Paws Heist collectibles make colorful stills
  • Pegasus Residence interiors — property tours perform well without spoilers
  • Underground Circuit — chaotic racing clips are naturally shareable

None of these are required. They simply give you subjects beyond standing in the plaza repeating the same emote.

Gentle creator rules

  • Album first — compose in photo mode, then post; do not reverse the workflow and stress about captions.
  • One goal per week — creator rewards or banner pulls or Porsche savings, not all three.
  • Mute Taygedo if story scenes distract you — 1.1 added that toggle specifically because city life and narrative overlap more now.

Bagel is optional flavor in a game that already asks plenty of your attention. Treat it like a cozy journal of Hethereau, not a second job.
